At the start of this year I heard the Holy Spirit say this:
“2022 will be a year of healing”
When God speaks something to us, we are not to look back at a past track record of failure, nor of current circumstances or any global, economical or other landscape. When God speaks to us, we are also not to project forward (to the future) based on the present or the past. His Word has the power to shift any opposing atmosphere, reality, law or thing. It creates a new reality!
Things looked very bleak at the beginning—until God decreed.
In the beginning God created [by forming from nothing] the heavens and the earth. The earth was formless and void or a waste and emptiness, and darkness was upon the face of the deep [primeval ocean that covered the unformed earth]. The Spirit of God was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the waters. And God said, ‘Let there be light’; and there was light.
Genesis 1:1-3
“Decree” — an official order that has the force of law!
What decree is in your mouth for 2022? What has the Holy Spirit spoken for you to lay hold of this year?
As I said earlier, at the start of 2022 I heard (in my spirit) the words: “2022 will be a year of healing“. The devil will always try to play his hand when the Word of God comes forth. I want to expose his tactics to you. This morning I woke to see a message on my phone from a friend. It was a negative news report (we have seen plenty of those this past 2 years), but something stunned me about this article. It had a big bold hashtag of “YearOfDeath2022“.
THIS IS HOW THE ENEMY WORKS—bombarding our eyes and ears with the very OPPOSITE of what Heaven is speaking! The aim is to steal what God has freely and willingly given to us—to you!
Don’t become a mouthpiece for the devil! He is a liar and Jesus said there is NO TRUTH found in him!
So whatever the Lord says to you, HOLD ON TO IT and KEEP IT IN YOUR MOUTH—even though what you see and hear might sometimes be screaming the opposite. DECREE what God says! KEEP DECREEING IT!
Go into this year decreeing a year where you will see and experience God’s HEALING power, and even better: DIVINE HEALTH! Do not give entrance to the devil’s plans and schemes by speaking death words. Line up your mouth with what God is saying—words of health, healing and life!
“2022 WILL BE A YEAR OF HEALING” for anyone who will believe and agree with what God has said (in spite of fierce opposition at times)!
You will also decide and decree a thing, and it will be established for you; and the light of God’s favour will shine upon your ways.
